Who we are

The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) is a global, independent, and non-profit organisation committed to providing high-quality, paid internships for students pursuing technical degrees. Established in January 1948 at Imperial College London, IAESTE began as a collaborative effort among representatives from 10 European countries. Today, it operates in over 100 countries, facilitating more than 4,000 internships annually, making it the largest organisation of its kind.

IAESTE LC JECRC, the local chapter of the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience at Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre, connects students with global technical internships, providing exposure and practical experience. The committee organizes workshops, professional events, and cultural exchanges to enhance employability and foster a global mindset. Operating through seven collaborative departments, it thrives on teamwork and shared goals while helping students build international networks.
